Hi, I’m the owner of 1 Dry Basement, and I’ve been in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair business in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding regions for over 20 years. I’ve worked on everything from small residential basements to large-scale commercial and institutional projects—and I still get just as much satisfaction from sealing up a leaky wall as I did when I started.

This company was born out of a real passion for doing things the right way. After two decades in the field, I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what corners should never be cut. My goal was simple: start a company that prioritizes quality, transparency, and treating every project like it’s in my own home. I’ve worked throughout Northampton, Lehigh, Monroe, and Carbon counties, as well as the Poconos, and have had the privilege of helping homeowners, builders, and vacation property owners tackle the unique challenges that come with our climate and terrain.
